GNI Construction Management Ltd (“GNI”), is a consultancy providing management, commercial and contractual advice and support to construction industry employers, contractors, consultants and supply chain.

As GNI’s Owner/Director I benefit from the knowledge and experience of a career spanning over 45 years working in Britain and Europe, in large corporate and medium sized construction and developer businesses including my own.  Having worked extensively on site, at main board and at every level in-between, I have encountered and dealt at first hand the issues the industry generates with regularity.

Project experience covers health, education, residential in all its forms from Social to Super Prime, office, retail and civils sectors, across new-build, refurbishment, restoration and fit-out.

I am qualified FRICS, FCIOB, FCInstCES and FCIArb, am a panel adjudicator on RICS, CIArb, CIC and UK Adjudicators panels and an accredited mediator by both RICS, CIC and CEDR, receiving a steady flow of appointments to act as adjudicator, as mediator and as party representative.
